Hello Staircase team!

 

As we use Staircase more and more, one of the pieces of feedback I’ve received is that the GenAI summaries are very wordy and not formatted for easy visual consumption.

 


I would like to see these be available in Rich Text formatting fields so that they’re more digestible in both Staircase and in Gainsight when we pass fields through the integration.

This would apply to the Account Summary, AI Risk Summary, Weekly AI Digest, and any other AI summary type fields in the product.

There are use cases we are using today where the text-only field is still helpful (i.e. including the fields in JO in-line report attachments), but would like to be able to toggle or display the rich text formatting while viewing in-product.
