We love the existing functionality that allows timeline activities from child accounts to roll up into the parent account's timeline — this has been a great step toward giving our teams a complete picture of account health across hierarchies. We'd love to see this same rollup behavior extended to the AI Cheat Sheet.
The ask: When viewing a parent account, the AI Cheat Sheet should synthesize and surface highlights from all child accounts within the hierarchy, not just the parent account itself.

- Reduce context-switching — ICs and Leaders get a full account narrative from a single view
- Improve executive briefings — quickly understand health and activity across an entire account family without manual aggregation
- Support proactive risk identification — spot trends across child accounts before they escalate
Today, our team is manually piecing together insights across child accounts before every customer meeting. A rolled-up AI Cheat Sheet would make the feature significantly more actionable for enterprise CSM teams.
