We have CTA rules where we want to close the CTA and set the status to different statuses based on certain criteria.
We would like to use the “GS ID” as an identifier but according to documentation, all options are set to the pre-defined “default”.
For example, we have CTAs where all the tasks have been closed and the CSM forgets to set to “closed success” so we want to support our team and auto-set the status to “closed success”.
At the same time, we want to look at CTAs that are past due and set to “Closed No Action Taken”.
Currently, we cannot use the “GS ID” as the identifier if we want to select the status.
Additionally, using criteria is only allowed with the “GS ID” option. We had to select the “GS ID” to add criteria, then unselect the “GS ID” to use the other fields to set the different “set status as” option.
