When you have a lot of actions based on multiple dataset tasks, the Execution Data Flow diagram sprawls all the actions out horizontally, requiring a significant amount of scrolling (or zooming out to the point of unreadable) to get to the execution results for each action:
It would be so much better for admins if the results could be structured vertically instead, similar to:
+5This would be a nice visual improvement. I’m fine with it either way, but I’m popping in to say that in addition to the task flows spreading out they also tend to get all twisted up and scrambled when the system automatically rearranges them (either because you clicked that one button in the task config area, or because it automatically refreshes when you look at the Actions config screen). Whether not you prefer your viz wide vs long, I think we can all agree that “in a spiral” is subideal and makes it difficult to parse visually.
