Rules Engine: Horizon Data Preview - Fix Number field to sort as Integer, not String

Repro steps:

• Create a rule with a number field
• Run the rule (test, manual, scheduled - any)
• View Logs > view pass records in browser
• Click on the column header to sort the column.

The logical expected behavior is for a number field to be sorted by it’s integer values, however per Technical Support in Ticket #214866

As per the update from our engineering team, this is a known limitation in the product. Currently, we treat all fields as STRINGS and sort according to it and also we are just providing search operators as equals and containsand similar behavior to the old UI.

Suggesting this behavior is replicated across legacy and horizon rules.

The suggested enhancement is for the column to sort in numerical order, rather than treating numbers as strings.
