Rules-generated Milestone should trigger notifications the same as manually created ones

When a Milestone is created by an end-user, it triggers notifications as per Event Subscriptions > For the customers I follow > Activity created in the Notifications area of My Settings

It would be great (and consistent and intuitive) if rules-generated Milestones also followed this same behaviour — as they do for rules-generated CTAs

This current feature gap is also missing from the documentation
