Rules to update owner of CTAs - Please make CTA Type not mandatory

I love having the capability of doing this using Rules Engine… But what is the point of having to select the CTA Type if we only want to update the ownership of the CTA and we are already using the CTA GSID as an identifier?

I understand that there is the possibility that we want to update other fields with different values such as the Reason, Playbook, etc. and they are dependencies of the CTA Type, but making the type mandatory means that if we only want to update the Owner we need to create one branch for each CTA Type.

Could it be a solution that if the CTA Type is null, to gray out the dependencies? Or maybe a separate option above to update only the CTA Owner?
