Salesforce to Timeline Support All field type mappings

The integration of Salesforce Tasks and Events to Timeline Activity allows for additional custom field mapping to bring over additional data from SFDC.

However, not all mappings are supported. Could we add support for picklist/dropdown categories so that a field from SFDC like Status could be mapped to a custom dropdown field on Activity records? This would provide for better use of data on reporting and tracking.

    Agree. We missed adding the picklist in mapping and we will do it very soon.

      Can you please let us know the ETA for this request? Few of our customers are looking to use this feature and it would be really helpful if we have any workaround to achieve customer’s requirement in the meantime?

        @hardik_mota Thanks for your vote here. We do have this in our product backlog but ETA not known yet. In October release we have shipped lot of new enhancements related to timeline.
