Hi

Currently, when the users are synced to GS in sandbox, even if the users exist, new ones are getting created with a ‘.gs’ extension.

So a customer has reached out to have a way around it so that we can work with the users we have in user management without the sync job creating new ones with .gs extension.

This appears to be new behavior as well. In previous sandbox refreshes there was no extra users with name@mydomain.com.gs added

This does seem odd. I’m curious what the justification is for this?

For anyone else wondering, the good news is that this “.gs” appending does not preclude you from using “username” as your key identifier. I tested and validated this morning.
