Hi there,

The user overview in its default state doesn’t show me all the columns I need.

(I need to see various profile fields at a glance, e.g. the user’s company name, and several other data points, several times a day)

It’s nice that I can select the columns to display,

BUT

there is no way to save the selection of columns, so I have to do it every single time.

it’s possible to save filters with the Segments feature, but the Columns don’t stay, it always reverts back to the default ones (username, email, role, custom role, registration time, last activity, topics, comments)

Being able to save the view (columns) would save me a few minutes and several steps every day :)

Hi @Daniele Cmty, makes a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing. Would it help you if we store the columns in Segments only, since the total User overview is shared with the entire team? In that sense, we can make it share similar behaviour as Saved views in Moderation.

Hi @Sebastian

Would it help you if we store the columns in Segments only?

Absolutely! Yes, that would be more than enough.

That way I can use the segments feature to save certain “views”. Would be super helpful.

If it is required to pick a filter in segments, I can use an “alibi” filter e.g. “registration date is after 1.1.1970” in order to not exclude any user.

Hi @Sebastian,

your suggestion to save the latest state would help, but I only see it as a first step.

Saving views based on filter settings is the better approach in the end. I’m thinking of custom-role related views like “All Customers”, “All Partners”, “All team members” but also primary role related, e.g., “All open registration request”.
