Schedule product updates

Thanks for your patience here and to ​@erin.brisson 's point, the inconsistency between Articles (which support scheduling) and Product Updates (which don't) is a gap we want to close.

We're moving this into discovery. We're currently evaluating what it would take to bring scheduling support to Product Updates as part of planned content management process improvements, and we'll keep this thread updated as we learn more.

Just providing an update here, I have talked about this with my team. We are still assessing what needs to be done to implement but this is very much still planned and I’m trying to nail down a timeline.
