Scorecard Widget Permissions

Now that Scorecard Widgets aren’t under the same area as regular reports, we seem to have lost the ability to control permissions for reports made in that area. 

This is not only inconsistent with the other report area of the product, but can pose issues in the context of Gainsight home.

Users can customize GS Home with (from what I can tell) whatever reports they have permission to see. Because they have de facto permission to view any report in “Scorecard Widgets” that means users can see any and all of those reports, even if it isn’t appropriate for that user. It also means that if there are outdated versions, or not yet ready versions, those can be accessed as well.
