Request coming in from customer around search functionality.  Would like to see a deployment of something more similar to SFDC Global search(Specifically Contacts) rather than search bar that is limited to Account.  Is this on the roadmap?  I have seen a few similar posts that are quite dated, but are tagged “Under Consideration”.

      Few NXT customers are looking for a feature where we can allow users to use global search for Contact/Person Vs Company/relationship.

        We have a report built on the CSM dashboard that references the contacts object, which helps users perform a rough version of this, however, the filter in the column header is exact, so the user would have to know, for example, of there are or are not parenthesis or dashes, etc when searching. If it is not exact, the contact can’t be found.

        Our business would love for the Gainsight NXT global search bar to consider contact information like the SFDC global search.
