As useful as naming an email template is, having folders, etc., none of that really helps you when you get a screenshot of an email from a CSM asking for some information on an email.
Would be great if we could search Email Templates by subject, which is more commonly used, and actually available information from looking at the email itself.
Yes, you might have multiple with the same name, but it can help narrow things down quite a bit.
