Security/Access should be available at the topic/article level in addition to Category

As a software company, we often add content to our kbase for upcoming releases.

Currently, we have to put it in a “hidden” category to keep it from being public. We want it published so we have the final URL and our internal users can access/review, but we don’t want these articles to be publicly-accessible yet.

Articles should have their own security that would further restrict access (only, one could not put an article in a ‘hidden’ category and make it not-hidden).
