Would it be possible to get an update on this idea from the inSided team?
Has there been any traction on your end to implement this? (i.e. Is it on the roadmap for this year? if so - what are timelines looking like? If no - can you provide some reasoning as to why not?)

This continues to pose challenges for those of us with multiple team members addressing escalations, as well as performing general admin duties. Often times it’s not as easy as just asking “who did this”, as a change may have been made days or weeks ago, and may be hard to recall. Other times the added effort chasing an answer down may not be worth the effort, but having the information readily available in the control view of a thread can help one better understand why certain actions may have been performed and influence next steps (or steps to avoid). 

Think Google docs and the “last edited by..” feature, or even competitive communities that show a log of all edits made or admin actions taken (i.e. post deleted, thread closed, best answer assigned, category changed, etc)

This idea is not currently planned on our roadmap. However, given it’s gathered a good amount of votes from a variety of customers, it’s something that we plan to investigate in order to better understand the feasibility.

While still not planned for the current roadmap, I want to re-emphasize that this is a problem I’m aware of and looking into.
