We would like the opportunity to, from within our existing Gainsight admin dashboard, export a list of users who are subscribed to each of our forums/groups. Today we have to go to your support team to request ad hoc.

While this is available via the data lake project, we’d prefer having this information available without going through this exercise.

Hi @bdrivas

Subscriptions OOTB analytics is on our list as the first to be done.

Great news—you no longer need to contact Support or dig into the Data Lake for this. With our new Subscription Status and Subscription Trends dashboards, this data is now available directly in Control.

Leveraging our new Gainsight Analytics Platform capabilities, you can now:

  • Export on Demand: Simply click any bar in the reports to Drill Down into the full list of users for that specific forum or group.
  • Customize Your View: You can change the Top 100 Users by Subscriptions visual to a table and use the Report Filters to isolate only the specific categories you need.
  • Instant Download: Within the drill-down view, you can add or remove columns to get the exact data you need and export it as a CSV immediately—no ad hoc requests required.

These dashboards were built to give you this exact self-service control. Take them for a spin and let us know if this solves the workflow for you!
