Send 1 email to multiple contacts with the same role from Journey Orchestrator Programs

From JO Programs based on query builder logic, we would like to have the ability to send 1 email to multiple people with the same role (Admin) within the same customer account. 

I have seen this idea, however to me it doesn’t solve for the need to send 1 email to multiple people of the same role, does it? 

If there is a work around to this, kindly please share.

    Hi Team,

    This will be great if Gainsight team can come up with a solution for this use case. We to had the same request raised by our CSM team a week ago.

      Hi GS Community,

       

      I agree, this would be a great feature. Instead of each individual at a company receiving a separate email, there are many instances where we want everyone to be on a single email. That would be a game changer for our CSMs!
