Sending Emails from Gainsight

Hi! Can you please make it easier to send an email from Gainsight without having to create a CTA first? Also, please make it possible to send a follow up email to someone that has not replied to the initial email. Right now there is no way to do that and I have to create an entirely new email to send a follow up email to the initial email.
