Sending Survey Based on Time Zone

Is it possible to send a survey to a customer base on what time zone they are in?

  • Example, I would like a customer to receive a survey at 7 AM whether they are on the east coast or west coast

I would imagine the program would have to run multiple times to accommodate this request. Has anyone tried or attempted this?

Thank you!

I think this is very much necessary for all the customers and to the NPS Program organizers to increase the response rate. Currently we have only PDT time mentioned when scheduled the survey. It would be awesome if GS considers sending the surveys based on Customers Time Zone.

@ashoknagaraju Sending emails by recipient timezone is on our short term roadmap.

Is this still on the roadmap? Our company works in multiple timezones (North America, APAC, EMEA) and I’d love to be able to schedule my programs to send at different times based on the recipients location. It seems the only way to do this right now is to create and manage multiple programs, which is not realistic for the number of emails we send via Gainsight.

Actually just saw another post saying to trying multiple queries in the same program that have different refresh schedules. I hadn’t thought of this but will give it a try!
