I’d like to suggest a basic feature that would improve the journey management: the ability to add recipients to CC and BCC separately.
Currently, Gainsight only allows for all recipients to be in either CC or BCC, which limits the ability to manage emails effectively.
The ability to add recipients for both CC and BCC in one email within the automated program would greatly improve the email management. This would enable everyone to keep the right stakeholders informed while maintaining appropriate visibility and confidentiality.
