Set minimum delay time for Snooze

We would like to set a minimum delay time for the Snooze. 

Our welcome tour shows up automatically on the main screen. When a user clicks “Show me later” (Snooze button), sometimes they are back on the main screen within a couple of minutes.  

I was told that the interval setting would affect Snooze. For example, if I set an interval to show 2 times,  30 minutes apart, the person wouldn’t see the tour for 30 minutes. However, the interval also applies to people who close the engagement without clicking “Show me later”. 

I would like either a separate interval for Snooze, or a time delay setting for the Snooze. That way, people who choose to close the engagement, don’t have it open up. And people who choose to be shown later will have a reasonable delay.
