Every so often a new timezone value pops up in SFDC and causes the Company Person sync job to fail. Every time this requires a ticket to be submitted to Gainsight support. Instead, having a job that syncs valid timezones would eliminate this headache.
As this is a system dropdown list it cannot be managed by admins.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
