SharePoint Integration for Automated Product Release Workflows

We would love to see a native SharePoint integration within Gainsight.

One key use case would be the ability to automatically trigger CTAs/tasks when a product release announcement is published to a SharePoint site. For example, when a new release page is posted, Gainsight could automatically create tasks for applicable accounts so CSMs can proactively communicate updates and drive adoption.

Additionally, it would be valuable to connect SharePoint document management with Gainsight attachments, allowing documents to be linked directly from SharePoint and automatically reflect updates without requiring re-uploading files.

This integration would help reduce manual work, improve release management processes, and provide a single source of truth for customer-facing documentation.
