Sharing Custom Success Plan Views

So similar to how I, as an admin, can create custom views for my org in Cockpit that applies certain filters, I want to be able to do the same in the Success Plan Horizon view. Right now I can only create custom views for myself but as an Admin I should be able to create views for others so that they don’t have to do that.

      Hi @skessler, thanks for the post. Kindly allow us sometime while we look into this and see if you could create a custom view for not only yourself but others too on Success Plan Horizon view. Will have the Product Manager look into this request and circle back to you with an answer.

        Thank you for the feedback. Admin defined views for success plan makes sense. More upvotes will help prioritise the feature in future roadmaps.

          Checking in here as this was requested years ago and still has no traction. Having Admin control over Success Plan views, similar to how the Admin panel for Cockpit views works, would be a huge help especially as we expand our use of SPs in Gainsight. 

           

          Is  admin control of any kind for Success Plan views on the roadmap?

              Needed, with the same degree of customization and advanced filtering that’s provided by Cockpit admin-defined or user-defined views.

              The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
