Show a count of NPS responses within the out of the box C360 Surveys section

When reviewing an individual accounts NPS and survey responses from the standard Survey section of the C360, the count of responses you are viewing is not displayed (only the responses themselves). It would be helpful to be able to see the number of total NPS survey responses, and total Survey responses, within this section at a glance.
