Show email templates in folders for the Chrome plugin
Wanted to know whether with the gmail plugin templates if there was a way to create folders for the end user to dial into as opposed to them just all being listed. We have our Renewals team templates and are creating CSM templates and i'm afraid it's going to get too cluttered.
Currently according to the doc this is not possible.
