Show moderator actions (e.g. if content was moved) in frontend

When a moderator moves content, e.g. moves a topic from one category to another or moves a comment from one topic to another (or a new one), there is no indicator in the frontend. Currently moderators manually add comments to log their action(s).

We propose that any moving of content will create an automatic information in the frontend to show what action has been done.

The benefits:

• transparency
• less effort for moderators to manually give the information about moving content
• better learning effect for users about desired actions → users see that content has been moved and are less likely to make the same mistake (again)
