Show start, end, and total run time of rules and chains

Hi, is it possible to have a consistent summary in the rule chains and rules?

I would like to see in both at what time it started, ended (like rules have but chains do not, you have to figure it out looking at the time on the left for start and below the chain name for the end) and how long it took to run at a glance.

    Since there is a hardcoded limit to the total runtime of chains, I think any addition to make it easier to monitor the runtime of the chain is a good idea.

      +1 on this and fully agree with @romihache and @TMaier, anything that can be added to making rule chain data easier to interpret would be welcome for admins.
