+8As we’re rolling out the Slack AI Agent to teams that do not frequently log into Gainsight, and instead work primarily out of Salesforce, I’m curious – would something similar to the Copilot prompt library be on the roadmap?
It’d be a huge QoL improvement for users who don’t typically access Copilot to be able to leverage that same prompt library when they interact with the Slack AI agent.
Yes its in our mind.
We are observing adoption of Prompt library and Gainsight slack app to further decide investments in these areas.
