Spaces - Customers MUST have ability to comment on all areas

Customer frustration with Spaces is that they cannot comment on any section shared outside of Success Plan 

They should be able to comment in any section AND it should be added to Timeline to allow AI Insights to create follow up and for those of us with Staircase, it should be analysed for event impacts as well - comments in Spaces shows customer engagement
