But essentially useless for half my team because not every account has a CSM and the header is hard coded to the CSM.
Gainsight - PLEASE take into consideration when building these things that more than just CSMs use this platform.
You gotta give us more flexibility. Yes even in V1 GA features. I can’t roll this out to only half my team, or at all unless I can edit this or remove it and create my own custom header.
+7This doesn’t even begin to take into account those accounts with pooled CSMs. Admins should absolutely have control over whether the header is included, and what it contains.

+4I agree with the feedback across the board. This is a significant blocker for our organization, as we do not use the term 'CSM' at all. Additionally, the lack of customization falls short of our standards for professionalism in terms of what we deliver to our customers.!
