We have a need to pull in historical health scores for accounts. We’ve just started with staircase, so part of it is an initial desire to see what would have been caught sooner, were we to have this online at the start of the year.

Individual accounts have their health score trends over time, and you can go back at least six months, so the data is stored somewhere, but it doesn’t seem like you can make a report on it (only the current health score).

Ask Staircase doesn’t work either, as it will only pull in a handful of accounts before it hits a limit. Even using the MCP gives low confidence that data is exposed, and you hit record limits there as well.

It really needs to be easier to pull historical data for health scores!

    This is a real gap, and Bradley described it well. The trend visualization at the individual account level confirms the data is being retained, however we've run into the same wall trying to get at it programmatically.

    On our end, Ask Staircase hits record limits well before we get meaningful coverage across a full book of business, and the MCP hasn't surfaced time-series health data in a queryable way; same record ceiling problem.

    The use case Bradley’s describing (retroactive analysis to understand what signals were present before a churn or expansion event) is what makes a health score platform defensible. Absent a way to export or report on historical scores, it's hard to validate the model or build confidence in what you're seeing now.

    +1 from me! A dedicated historical health score report type, or a bulk export with timestamped score snapshots, would go a long way.
