Staircase AI - Churn Analysis report

Request is when downloading and using the Churn Analysis report in Staircase the Issues and Account column details are hard to do anything with. How can this information be displayed differently in the download to be able to make use of the data. The content is all loaded into one cell not making it easy to seperate to analysis. Especially with the accounts there is no way to easily separate the information to make use of it.
