Being able to rearrange and hide certain features on the Account page in Staircase would improve user experience. For instance, if a customer is not using Product Usage data then being able to hide the Product Usage health score would reduce the amount of noise and improve user adoption - less information to pay attention to and less elements to need to ask questions about.

Additionally, being able to reorder elements would allow Admins to have the Account Level page more closely reflect the C360 in Gainsight in terms of the order data is presented.

That makes a lot of sense. Letting admins hide unused sections would really cut down on clutter and help users focus on what actually matters to them. If Product Usage data isn’t relevant, seeing that health score just adds confusion instead of value.

The ability to reorder elements would be just as impactful. Aligning the Account page with the C360 layout in Gainsight would make things feel more intuitive, especially for teams already used to that flow. Overall, giving admins more control over what’s shown and in what order would make the Account page cleaner, clearer, and easier to adopt.

Yes, yes, yes. I’d love the ability to hide/unhide the Accounts page widgets.
The “Notes” widget is a fantastic example (for CS + ST customers). We already have a text/notes section on the C360, so when new people start, having a notes section across both the C360 and the Staircase Account page leads to them not knowing where any relevant Notes should live.

Product Usage isn’t being tracked in Staircase for us (yet), so the only purpose it’s serving is playing with the fish, which our ELT do not seem interested in (try as I might ;)).

I was surprised to find this morning that I had no ability to even rearrange all of the fields that were in the Company layout in Staircase. Give me some power to make things look better for my users. I get that you want people chatting with the bots, but the UI still has to make sense, and we just added a whole bunch of fields. 👍🏼

Yes, please!
We admins definitely need the flexibility to prioritize what matters most to our specific business and teams. Without the ability to hide unused widgets or reorder fields, the view just becomes cluttered. This actually defeats one of the main purposes of using these tools: saving our users' time and helping them focus on the right data.

Yes please.  Would love to be able to streamline that section to make it the most efficient for our teams.

This is our top community request, and I want you all to know it's being actively worked on. Account page configuration -- giving admins control over which widgets appear, their order, and visibility -- already has completed design work and is high up in our "small rocks" features that we will get engineering on.

@dcassidy  the Notes widget duplication issue is a perfect example of why this matters. When you're running both CS and Staircase, the admin needs to curate what shows up so users have one clear place for everything. That said, there are some use cases with the Notes widget that i want to bring into play once we build "CS Timeline sync to Staircase" which will allow you as admins to select certain timeline types to have Staircase ingest for intelligence. For Notes, having TL "Updates" automatically sync and be brought into Staircase's LLM analysis is a use case we want to add.

@jason_metzler  hear you on the field rearranging. The goal is to give admins real control over the layout so it reflects how your team actually works. The plan is to give an "Edit" capability on the account page itself to Admins, where you can customize it in the space itself and then "Save" it for the entire Org.

I'll share more specifics as we get closer to release. Appreciate the detailed feedback here -- it's shaping exactly what we build.
