Staircase Executive Dashboard in GS Home

Today, you can access the Staircase Executive Dashboard in Gainsight CS if you’re a dual customer, by going to the Dashboards section, and selecting the Staircase AI Executive Dashboard.

I would love to see Home merge with the Exec dashboard - allow admins to add the widgets/sections from ST to Gainsight Home, so CSMs can really get the best of both worlds in their portfolio view in Home.

The elements will 100% need to work with Global filters though for it to be successful.

Note: Yes, I know you can in theory write many of the fields to CS to cobble your own version of this, but for dual customers, it should be an OOB functionality and part of their integration with the two systems.

    Once again, agreed. The Staircase Executive Dashboard is a great asset for dual customers, but it shouldn't live in isolation. Bringing those widgets into Gainsight Home with full Global filter support would make it genuinely useful for CSMs day-to-day, not just something you remember to check separately.

    And the write fields to CS workaround is fine, but shouldn't be the answer for a supported integration.
