Staircase - Expansion Opportunity Report in CS

Looking at the new Expansion Opportunities report Staircase launched today looks promising - though there is one thing that I think would be really helpful:

• A way for a CSM to have an editable status on it/edit it in general

If you’re a standalone staircase customer, some simple dropdown field of contacted, ineligible, won/lost or something would be great (ideally, it could auto-update but to start even manual entry would be great) to be able to keep track of it.

For CS + ST customers, I’d like this table in CS so I can generate CTAs off of it. That way, CSMs could easily track what they have reached out about and where it’s at. Using linked objects you could even attach an actual Opportunity in SFDC.

The only wrinkle, is for the CTA approach they’d likely want 1 per company, and right now you get one row per product per company, so there might need to be a bit of work for that to align.

If the table is in CS already, it is hard to find.

Note: Please do not take this as a suggestion to force it into the CSQL workflow in CS, that is...not a good idea.
