Staircase: Manually Refresh Agents/Improve Freshness
We’re on the cusp of rolling out Staircase org wide, and as part of that we’re doing some retros with Staircase and existing CS risk/health data.
One issue I’m noticing, is we’re getting feedback from CSMs validating signals from Staircase that come back as “non-issues”. Spot checking some, the Risk agent has maybe a 4/5 on the Risk Scale. However, the agent info is 2+ months out of date at this point:
Maybe I’m missing something, but this seems a little antithetical to fresh/real time data Staircase offers. I’m not saying I doubt the validity of this when it was generated, but serving this months old report as if it’s still accurate seems a bit disingenuous.
Can we get regular updates to these? Have a user be able to manually refresh it so if they think it seems off they can force Staircase to “recalculate”, at the very least?
