Staircase Multi-select Picklists

Related to this post - we have several multi-select picklists that we’d like to be able to sync over to Staircase from Gainsight, and it appears that’s not possible today.

2 examples:

• We have a role field that’s a multi-select in Gainsight that we would like to be able to use in Staircase as well. Currently, we have to do some fancy rules engineering to prioritize roles and use a single select picklist instead.
• We use Account Programs in SFDC and sync them over to Gainsight in a custom object related to Company.  Since Staircase can’t see Related Objects, we don’t have a good way to pull over if a customer is included in an Account Program.  A customer can be in multiple Account Programs, and we’d like to be able to create a multi-select picklist of all active programs on Company and sync that over so that we could filter the Executive Dashboard on a specific program to determine the impact and sentiment as well as how much communication it’s generating.  As a workaround, I could make a single select, but then I’d have to do some prioritization of programs to determine which one to include OR I could just add a boolean checkbox for the key programs we want to be able to filter on, but then, I’ll have to add multiple fields.
