Staircase: please Improve Reporting Uptime and Errors

Staircase can do some great stuff, but only if people can see the output.

I went from a Topic report, to the Risk and dissatisfaction topic breakdown report, and the two don’t match. It’s not even close.

Last 90 days there are 700+ events, last 180 days 1500+.

When I drill down, I get 0 or <6 respectively.

I know there’s data, and I’ve opened this before with data in it. I also know that Staircase has a habit sometimes of just kinda...not rendering things?

1. Uptime needs to be at least 10x better than it is right now. I get random “network error” or “too much data” or similar messages and have to reload or refresh the tool. Not a great experience for anyone.
2. When there is a loading issue, do a better job of showing an error, not just plainly stating there’s no data as if it’s fact. This is also dangerous and will turn people off of the platform.

This specific issue might just be a bug, but it’s not the first time this has happened either.
