We have 2 Support platforms connected, and are in need of the ability to separate out the tickets by those sources.  That doesn’t appear to be possible in the current reporting.

Use Case: We are attempting to measure which current customer interactions by source for use in measuring deflection as we enable more AI tools. The ability to measure tickets from Salesforce and Intercomm separately is important to that.
