Staircase to CS Writing: Allow Lookups in CS

This would likely pertain to other CRMs connected to Staircase as well, but the example here is when Gainsight CS is the CRM for Staircase.

You can write fields from Staircase back to the CRM, which is great, but there isn’t really a lot of options like you might be used to when using something like Connector Jobs in CS. I know Staircase is supposed to be very simple, but there are real tradeoffs to that - namely, functionality.

If not a full blown connector for CS and Staircase joint customers, I’d at least like the ability to write to lookups/different tables beyond just Company when writing from Staircase.

For example:

Some new objects recently were made available in CS - one is Company AI Attributes. The more useful one is the AI Insights, but I digress. This table is mainly a bunch of Booleans around insights - is the account dark, are they single threaded, etc.

There is a wealth of other information in Staircase and right now, you have to create new fields on the Company object to write to them from Staircase. It would be great to be able to leverage this new table, and have the option to write there instead. This would be a great place to put all the insights in one spot, and allow companies to have some customization still on what they want to see, and how they want to see it.
