+12We love the ability to add fixed text and images to Dashboards and have a use case to allow this in Success Plans on the Plan Info page. The problem to solve is providing CSMs the necessary support to work a Success Plan. These are the options we have explored today and their limitations:

+12At OnseStudyTeam this continues to be an issue. I have a Success Plan field that is populated by a Rule that says “Do Not Change” but there is actually nothing preventing a user from changing it. If I make the field un-editable, I cannot add anything to it with the Rule. In this use case, a Company field would not be an option because there is a 1:many relationship between the Comapny and the Success Plans. Please close this product gap.
