Stop counting auto-loading the Account/Opportunity Team View (widget) as a "login"

User Login History seems to count auto-loading the Gainsight Team View widget on the Account/Opportunity pages as a “login.”  This is misleading.

A Login should only be captured when a viewer clicks on the Widget.  Otherwise it’s difficult for us to determine true usage and adoption. it also waters down the value of Gainsights red-yellow-green reports in Gainsight360.

    Is the login considered when the Account page just loads or when the user has scrolled down and reached to the area where the widget is ?

    @prashant pareek I asked my Gainsight CSM to look into this - specifically for the “login date” and here was the answer I got:

    “Ops confirmed that the log in date is based on a session, so it will only show you when the page loads in SFDC, not view of the widget.”
