Stop creating new tabs

You have made design decision to make every link to an account open a new browser tab. This behavior is frustrating and results in a distracting and inefficient workflow. All modern browsers allow a user to right click a link and decide for themselves if they want to open a link in a new tab. Your design choice has removed options for the user.

Please, please, either change this behavior and let users decide for themselves what they want to do through their browsers or create a setting to allow the user to define their desired behavior in Gainsight. In a previous post on this, a Chrome app was suggested to force behavior for pop-ups. This app no longer works with your latest release leaving no option but to have tabs all over the place.
