Gainsight intentionally creates Person records with no identifier for every email that is sent from a Program. These do not have identifiers and cannot be matched with the same load criteria in Rules. Therefore, Gainsight creates unnecessary duplicate Person records via an automated internal process. Please stop doing this.
+6We are even experiencing this and our support ticket is 435157.
+10These duplicate, unlinked person records cause a litany of issues. This feels like something that should be, at the very least, an admin account wide toggle that allows us to set the option to absolutely block creation of these duplicate contacts across the entire Gainsight instance.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
