Store Group Send "Last Email" DateTime

I’m looking into Group Send, and it has interesting potential.

One of the UI elements when you are composing an email is you get a list of everyone you plan to send to, and it tells you the last time they were emailed.

 

I would like this data point available in reporting OOB - if we’re going to surface it in the UI it should be stored in the MDA.

I would also, in general, like to know what is considered in this calculation. Is it just emails from Group Send? JO as well? Email Assist?

    This is critical information. It’d also be fantastic if admins were able to customize the “Last Email” date to include the template name or subject line so it was searchable by support/end users.

      Good clarification, thanks! Are there plans to include this in the MDA, not just the UI since the data is already being captured?

       

      p.s. These questions on “how is this data derived?” should be covered in the documentation.
