Subscribe to Curated content feeds via Tags

This is the the feature from our previous platform (StackOverflow for Teams) that our users request/miss the most. The loss of it has hurt adoption from some key internal SMEs that were following a tag previously. 

I’ve identified Zapier as a way to rebuild it with filters and alters into Slack, but that takes a lot to configure. A watch/follow a tag feature would be incredible. 

True, this shouldn’t be a matter of end user engineering. 

Great suggestion, @anirbandutta! Following and/or subscribing to a tag would be a good step towards personalised content recommendation for users. 

How would you see the email notifications behaving when a user subscribes to a tag? 

Thanks for your engagement @Cristina, primary UX should be:

• should be a key ‘View’ the user can set for their personal Community homescreen for the user a.k.a. the Notifications center. :) 
• Weekly or monthly digests that the user can set - let’s go by how Google feeds works
• Feeds can also be refurbished in widgets that the Community Manager can introduce on the UI of subforums, Groups
