From the control environment I would like to be able to see the following:
- How many users are subscribed to each forum (category)
- Drill into this total number to see the list of actual users that are subscribed to each forum (category) and export this information to csv
- From the user profile, see which forums (categories) the user is subscribed to and include this information in the user export file
This information would allow us to determine which forums are most popular with our users and which ones we may need to promote further or deactivate. It would also give insight to how many users are potentially receiving notifications for new posts in those forums to inform our content strategy.
