Subtasks in Playbooks

Sometimes we have tasks that have subtasks with them.

Example:
  • Research Customer [list]
  • Customer's online presence Customer's background with company
[/list]
It would be great to be able to set subtasks to nest under other tasks.

        Resurfacing this to the top. Why is Gainsight not thinking about subtasks? There needs to be a way to better track these CTAs in a visually appealing form. Half of our jobs is to do “project management” type tasks and it will be super helpful to keep this idea in mind.
